Heron and yard

Lilies are flowering



John went swimming early, after he left I looked out the window and saw a heron flying riverward.

The iris is over now, but here's a photo of it in its prime.



Had two nice parcels today, but not got photos yet.

Hint - reading and knitting. ;-)
