Sunday Sunset at West Kirby
We missed pancake day last week, so we had pancakes for breakfast this morning to make up for it. We both enjoyed them so much we are thinking we might make it a regular Tuesday morning breakfast.

Pancakes are ace... although after my recent efforts I must confess I cannot possibly imagine cooking them as a breakfast.
I miss that scene, I think I could probably retire to West Kirby! Whether I could afford too is another matter of course!

We didn't have any pancakes, will just have to console ourselves with toasted hot cross buns instead.
