Brodie and I have spent a happy day together in bed. Well, me in bed and he shedding fur on the duvet cover. He is a very gentlemanly cat - not a scratcher at all. It's really fun to have a feline friend again. I hope that he enjoys his sojourn with us.

How what a lovely photo of Brodie. When I am poorly I take both dogs to bed with me , aern't they a comfort ?
Thanks for the kind comments on my blog and I am sorry to hear that you are too poorly to attend a SWD Guild , the online one would be a great alternative I am sure. I have only been spinning for a year and have been so far well enough to go to a guild so I understand some of you frustrations. I used to live on the Wirral and work in Liverpool before returning home to Wales and I see you have a boat in Abersoch too so you have Welsh connections:)
You bed looks much like mine !!
Only I have OU books and a ginger boy for company ;-)
Just read Anne's comment - some of the people from the on line group were staying in the youth hostel with me for Woolfest, they were lovely people... Does sound like a good alternative to meetings..
I was just browsing thru the back issues of your blog, and was saddened to see that you lost both your dad and mum earlier this year. That's very hard. My sympathies to you.
Crikey I have family in Barmouth, Bont Ddu and Ganllwyd ; we're not related are we ? LOL
Me again!! I have near Barmouth also had a second wife;his name is Jeremiah Williams ?!!!!!
ooops my keyboard is going wonky, half of that didn't come out. What I meant to say was the my realtion in Barmouth has a second wife and his name is J Wms ; any relation ?
Well now that I have made such a mess with my comments I bet your glad if you are no relation of mine ;)
Enjoy your visitor. Brodie certainly looks very happy to be staying with you.
So glad to have found you again! My sympathies in the loss of your parents. My mom is the only one left now. Dad's whole family is gone.
